WhatsApp and COD

  1. Configure a WhatsApp Cloud API account and a supported approved text-body template.

  2. Keep consent controls enabled. Provider usage charges are separate from plugin plans.

  3. Buttons, media headers and named parameters are unsupported. Do not enable OTP unless your approved template is compatible.

  4. Test confirmation links, expiry, replay protection and cancellation controls before changing real fulfilment decisions.
