Payment recovery
Failure categories and customer-initiated retries using configured Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree or Stripe gateway plugins. Automatic charging is not provided.
WhatsApp follow-ups
Supported approved text-body templates through the WhatsApp Cloud API. Provider setup, consent and fees are separate. Buttons, media headers and named parameters are not supported.
COD confirmation
Confirmation links and compatible OTP workflows, with expiry, cancellation limits and an audit trail. Check template compatibility before enabling OTP.
Classic, Blocks and HPOS
Checkout and order-storage integrations are included. Test your store, versions and gateway combination before enabling production messages.
